Kayla Woerman
Kayla joined EA Group in 2026 as a sales agent, bringing a strong background in corporate leadership and over three years of real estate experience. A Jesus follower, devoted wife, and mom of three girls, she approaches every transaction with care, integrity, and intention.
Kayla grew up on a cotton farm in southeast Missouri before moving to the western side of the state to pursue her college education at College of the Ozarks. She has called southwest Missouri home since 2005 and has lived in and around the Branson/Springfield area for nearly 20 years, giving her deep local knowledge and a genuine connection to the communities she serves. Outside of work, Kayla enjoys spending time with her family, especially at Table Rock Lake.
With years of experience in high level retail and client focused roles, Kayla is known for her attention to detail, clear communication, and ability to guide clients confidently through complex decisions. She believes strong relationships, trust, and service are the foundation of every successful real estate experience.
