Nicole Rice joined EA Group as a Sales Agent in 2023. Nicole’s main role is to assist potential Buyers, Sellers, and Investors making sure they have a good experience finding or selling their home, land, or investment property. She has had her real estate salesperson license since 2018, and real estate broker's license since 2020, and worked in real estate and property management since 2017. She is a College of the Ozarks graduate, grew up in San Fernando Valley, CA & Nixa, MO, and worked all over SWMO. When she's not working, she is often camping or going on hikes with her husband, Michael, and their toddler, Isaac.
