Team Spotlight: Getting to know Kayla

January is a great time to highlight the people that make up EA Group, and we’re excited to officially welcome Kayla. Kayla joins us as a sales agent, bringing a strong background in corporate leadership and over three years of real estate experience.

A Jesus follower, devoted wife, and mom of three girls, Kayla approaches real estate with care, integrity, and intention. She is known for her clear communication, attention to detail, and steady guidance, especially when clients are navigating complex decisions.

Kayla grew up on a cotton farm in southeast Missouri, where hard work and responsibility were simply part of daily life. She later moved to the western side of the state for college and has called southwest Missouri home since 2005. Having lived in and around the Branson and Springfield areas for nearly 20 years, she brings deep local knowledge and a genuine connection to the communities she serves.

Before real estate, Kayla built her career in high level retail and client focused leadership roles, experience that translates seamlessly into serving clients with professionalism and care. She believes strong relationships, trust, and service are the foundation of every successful real estate experience.

Outside of work, Kayla enjoys spending time with her family, especially at Table Rock Lake. We’re truly happy to have Kayla on the team and are confident her values, experience, and heart for service make her a wonderful addition for our clients and our community.
