Team Spotlight: Meet Susan Langston – Guiding with Care, Backed by Experience 

Celebrating Susan’s first year at EA Group and her commitment to helping others call the Ozarks home.

We’re proud to celebrate nearly a year of having Susan Langston as part of the EA Group family! Since joining us in 2024 as a sales agent, Susan has brought a fresh perspective to our team — one grounded in decades of service, a deep love for the Springfield area, and a genuine passion for helping others navigate the meaningful journey of buying and selling a home.

Before stepping into real estate, Susan spent many years as a dedicated professional in education, where she supported students and families through life’s ups and downs. Her background as an educator has equipped her with invaluable skills: patience, clear communication, problem-solving, and the ability to truly listen — qualities that now serve her real estate clients exceptionally well.

Though she moved frequently throughout her childhood, Susan eventually planted roots right here in Springfield, where she’s now been for over 44 years. Through those decades, she’s come to know not only the streets and neighborhoods but the heart and soul of this community. What started as a relocation became a homecoming — especially after discovering her family’s deep roots in the Missouri Ozarks. That sense of belonging fuels Susan’s desire to help others find their own place in this special part of the world.

Susan’s clients quickly learn that she doesn’t treat real estate as a transaction — she sees it as a deeply personal process. She understands firsthand how emotional and complex it can be to pack up your life and move, whether you're a first-time buyer or transitioning into a new chapter. That empathy, combined with her calm demeanor and commitment to serving others, makes her an ideal partner during life’s big transitions.

Now as she nears her one-year anniversary with EA Group, Susan is thriving. She’s embraced this new career path with enthusiasm, integrity, and a learner’s mindset. She loves the details and decision-making involved in the process — from walking homes to writing offers — and she finds purpose in guiding clients from their first showing to final closing.

Susan is excited for what lies ahead, and so are we. As she continues to grow her business, she remains committed to putting people first, listening closely, and serving with heart — the same values that define both her and EA Group.
